The story of Palm Beauty

One artist, one chair, no rush. Mary opened the studio on Naples Blvd and still does every appointment herself, start to finish.

Do I need a deposit?

Yes. Each service takes a deposit to hold the appointment, and it comes off the service total. Mary sorts the deposit out with you when she confirms.

What is the cancellation policy?

At least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Between 24 and 6 hours’ notice is a 50% fee of the service price; under 6 hours is 100%.
